On Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at 11am, I’ll be leading Intro to Qigong at Lotus Loft, Port Perry’s tranquil yoga studio and home to my clinic space. If you’ve been you’ve been feeling a bit stiff, or perhaps anxious, overstimulated, or overworked, this class is for you!
I’ll guide you through a sequence of exercises to show you, experientially, just how amazing (calm; grounded; open; inspired; ready) Qigong can make you feel. This 60-minute guided Qigong practice is beginner-friendly, but will also benefit you if you routinely practice qigong.

Qigong incorporates breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement to improve your breathing, range of motion, mood, and general health. It’s a Chinese health cultivation practice that’s been used for thousands of years and takes many forms. In this class, you’ll be gently and quietly led through a series of movements that you can repeat separately or in sequence to feel more limber, centered, and calm.
