We’re all different, and we all need different things.
About your Acupuncturist:
I’m a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of Ontario). I use a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities and modern technologies to address your health needs holistically. My focus is on women’s health and improving your quality of life by focusing on concerns such as painful menstruation, chronic illnesses like fibromyalgia, and digestive conditions.
I offer practical and empathetic care with a unique approach for every patient. We’re all different, and we all need different things. Everyone has their own route towards holistic wellness, and I’m here to assist you along yours!
Your treatments might include a combination of a few techniques as needed, such as acupuncture, herbology, cupping, gua sha, tuina (massage), LED light therapy (red light therapy and more) or Far Infrared (FIR) heat therapy, and lifestyle advice or take-home treatments to help you get your best results.
I grew up in Port Perry, and having spent the last decade of my life in Toronto, I’m back to my hometown for a change of pace. When I’m not in the clinic, I love to write and play music with my husband and friends, and spend time camping, hiking, and otherwise immersed in nature.
What I love to treat as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner:
Using Chinese Medicine principles, I address a wide variety of health concerns, focusing on internal medicine. I’m especially drawn to treating menstrual issues such as painful periods and PMS, migraines and headaches, symptoms of stress, digestive issues, mental health concerns, and skin conditions. I have additional training in Cosmetic (facial) Acupuncture and I love to help improve your skin health and release facial tension to boost your mood and confidence and help you project your inner radiance! I also teach self-care classes to empower patients to better care for their own skin and health from home.

Patient education is really important to me, and it’s fundamental to Traditional Chinese Medicine care. To learn more about Chinese Medicine in bite-sized lessons, take a look at my Instagram page. I share information I think will be helpful to both my patients and the general public!
