Location: Peony Tree Medicine is located inside Astoria Day Spa at 166 Water St., Port Perry, ON until April 27th, 2025. As of April 28th, 2025, Peony Tree Medicine will be located inside Lotus Loft at 119 Perry St B4, Port Perry, ON.
Once you book your first appointment, you’ll receive intake forms by email. Please take a moment to fill them out before your appointment. If you don’t fill them out in advance, you will need to fill them out at the beginning of your appointment.
Before your appointment:
- Please fill out your online intake forms.
- Make sure you’ve had a healthy meal or snack before your appointment. Some people experience dizziness after acupuncture if they’re running on empty.
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
- Bring shorts to change into or wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- If you’re receiving Cosmetic Acupuncture (Facial Acupuncture), please arrive with a clean, make-up-free face.
