Once you book your first appointment, you’ll receive intake forms by email. Please take a moment to fill them out when you book your appointment so that you have more time for treatment. If you can’t fill them out in advance, you’ll fill them out at the beginning of your appointment.
Before your appointment:
- Please fill out your online intake forms.
- Make sure you’ve had a healthy meal or snack before your appointment, and avoid greasy or heavy foods that might make you uncomfortable. Some people experience dizziness after acupuncture if they’re running on empty.
- Bring or wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- If you’re receiving Aesthetic Acupuncture (Facial Acupuncture), please arrive with a clean, make-up-free face.
